Descriptions of assistance do not determine eligibility, guarantee a benefit, reserve food, or confirm an appointment. Government agencies and individual program administrators determine eligibility and availability under the rules for their programs.
3. Donations and recurring gifts
Online gifts are completed through the food bank’s linked donation service. Review the recipient, gift amount, frequency, and the provider’s terms and privacy information before completing your gift. A website link or an inquiry does not itself authorize a payment.
For receipts, recurring-gift changes, a suspected duplicate, an error, or a refund question, contact jennifer@selmafoodbank.com. Requests are reviewed by the food bank; the website does not establish a blanket refund rule or promise that an emailed request changes a scheduled transaction immediately.
Contact staff before arranging restricted, memorial, honorary, estate, stock, donor-advised fund, or other special gifts. Acceptance, recognition, use restrictions, and transfer instructions must be confirmed with the food bank. Website information is not individual legal, financial, or tax advice.
4. Volunteer, drive, and partnership inquiries
Preparing an email draft does not submit an application or make a booking. You must send the message through your email service and receive the appropriate confirmation from the food bank. Volunteer participation, age requirements, group arrangements, and partner-agency approval remain subject to the applicable program process.
Food or fund drives should be coordinated with the food bank. Do not represent an independent event as officially sponsored or use the food bank’s identity to collect funds on its behalf without confirming the arrangements with staff.
